On May 22, 2009, Divine Skin, Inc. filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Form 10 pursuant to Section 12(g) of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the "1934 Act"). Sixty days following the date of the filing, the Company became subject to applicable SEC reporting obligations. The Company's management is also in the process of contacting an authorized OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB) Market Maker for sponsorship of its common stock on the OTCBB. When a Market Maker completes the application process to quote the Company's common stock on the OTCBB, the Company shall receive an OTCBB quotation symbol for its common stock.
